(Vancouver, BC) Looking for a “few good” Canadian men …. to take the SEX NOW Survey, a national survey for guys who are into guys and who are at least 15 years of age and live in Canada. (A person is not eligible to participate in this survey if they identify as a woman and/or identify as “straight” and have not had sex with another man in the past 5 years.)

If you’re a guy who are into guys, are at least 15 years of age and live in Canada – CLICK HERE to take the survey.

If you complete the survey you may choose to enter a draw for a $500.00 travel voucher – see below for more details.

SEX NOW gathers information about HIV and Hep C, and sexual behaviours, especially those that may be associated with HIV and other STI’s. The information will be used to investigate alternatives to our current blood deferral policy and will help improve overall health and wellness for guys who are into guys as well as our current combination prevention strategies for HIV and other STIs.

We are asking you to answer a confidential questionnaire that you will do by yourself. The online survey will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and can be completed anonymously. You may skip any question you don’t wish to answer or stop at any time.

As noted above, if you complete the survey you may choose to enter a draw for a $500.00 travel voucher by entering your name and email address. This information will not be connected to your responses and will only be used to contact you for the purposes of awarding the prize. If you have done this survey before, you are welcome to do it again on online. There are new questions.

SEX NOW Survey is Canada’s largest survey of gay men’s health and administered by the Vancouver-based Community-Based Research Centre (CBRC), an organization that works to promote the health of gay men through research and intervention development. CBRC are inclusive of bisexual and queer men (cis and trans) and Two Spirit people.
